Cinnamon+Starbucks=Love

I kind of sort of don’t believe in New Year’s Resolutions. That doesn’t mean I don’t have a few dozen things I want to change in 2013, however…

You know, like starting the day with a healthy breakfast? (Really, stay with me…I have healthy goals here!)

I’m going to confess to being not much of a coffee at home sort of girl. I like heading to Starbucks for a treat before work. (Or before a pedicure, as was the case here. I know…it’s a hard life!)
Of course going to Starbucks on a regular basis isn’t the most cost effective way to get a morning treat. (It’s still fun every once in a while, though!) Luckily Sam’s Club has the solution. Starbucks Limited Edition Holiday Blend lets me get my barista on at home. Holiday Blend contains complimentary notes of ginger, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange, and cloves. Of course that means it’s going to be good all on it’s own. (Or get creative and add a tablespoon of my sugar free hot chocolate mix-it’s sweetener and creamer all in one. Plus a chocolate bonus. Who doesn’t like bonus chocolate?)
So what’s going to go perfectly with holiday blend? Something with the same kick of holiday spice, like Artisan Fresh Cinnamon Rolls. (Also available at Sam’s, of course!) I love cinnamon. Love, love, love cinnamon. Have I mentioned how much I love cinnamon? Starbuck’s Holiday Blend really makes the cinnamon flavors in the rolls pop! It’s just like going out to Starbucks for a coffee and a baked treat-except you can do it in your pajamas and you don’t have to share the wifi with strangers. (And if you’re going to Starbucks in your pajamas we really need to talk…call me…)
OK, so back to those healthy goals. My dozens of goals for 2013 include trying to pretend like I have a healthy lifestyle. Daily cinnamon rolls aren’t exactly going to fit into that plan. (But let’s keep it honest…they’re likely to pop in here and there as a treat.) Starbucks Holiday Blend with it’s notes of cinnamon and spice are a great way to attack those cravings. (Not to mention the boost of energy I’ll get is a great way to get me moving!) Oh, and Starbucks at home is going to be way quicker than going out to buy it, saving me time. All of this at Sam’s Club’s low prices? That’s a great way to get the new year going!
