Belly Fat Diet {for Dummies}

I might be doing this wrong…

Belly Fat Diet for Dummies sounds like a book right up my alley because let’s face it…if I wasn’t a dummy about belly fat I wouldn’t need the book, right? Although it does have the word diet in the title. I could live without that. The word diet has die in it for a reason…

But look! We’re cool. Erin Palinski-Wade doesn’t like the word diet, either. Now we can move along to what’s actually in the book.


Helpful icons point out things to remember, warnings and tips throughout the book.

Exercises that target belly fat are featured with full descriptions and pictures.
It’s even part recipe book. Who doesn’t like a good new recipe? (Especially one that doesn’t add on the pounds…)
Belly Fat Diet for Dummies isn’t really a diet at all. It’s about healthy lifestyle choices. (That’s a good thing!) There’s a ton of information about health including the causes, types of and dangers associated with belly fat. It’s not about starving. (You should actually be eating about six times a day and can have as many veggies as you want!) There’s nothing crazy or extreme about the Belly Fat Diet.
