Look for in the Dairy Case-they’re chilled for freshness. Original, Multi-Grain and Sourdough will all work for your pizzas-pick your favorite variety. I’d probably skip Cinnamon Raisin for this one, but hey-if you wanna give it a shot, give it a shot!

To make this whole recipe quick and easy I threw a couple of frozen chicken breasts in my pressure cooker for nine minutes. Shred the cooked chicken, mix it with your favorite sauce, then build your BBQ Chicken Pizzas.

Don’t be afraid to mix things up. Try adding cheddar and jalapenos for an extra spicy kick! Have a picky eater? Don’t worry-the best part about making English Muffin pizzas is just how easy they are to make up customized orders for everyone in the family.
