National Tapioca Pudding Day is July 15th. I know what you’re thinking. Wasn’t it just National Chocolate Pudding Day? No silly, that was last month. Now we’re heading into round two of the Summer of Pudding! I have an easy and fun way for you to celebrate. Why not try my Berry Stripe Tapioca?


This is my favorite kind of recipe because it only requires three ingredients and it’s ready in minutes. It’s summer. It’s hot. Who has time to cook when you can make fun snacks that are this easy?

Start with Kozy Shack® Tapioca Pudding.


You’ll also need a few of your favorite berries. I’m using raspberries and blackberries to create my Berry Stripe Tapioca. Just make sure you select berries that will create at least two different colors if you want to create the pudding stripe effect. Crushed Berries

Use a fork to crush the berries. Once you have a nice berry puree, mix each with a few spoons of tapioca pudding.

Berry Stripe Tapioca PuddingAll that’s left to do is to spoon your berry infused tapioca into a glass, alternating the berry flavors to create the stripes. Pretty and delicious!
