If you’ve been a little distracted lately with back to school and endless Zoom meetings, you’re not the only one. The Helpsters were so busy that they forgot to plan for Halloween! Never fear…Helpsters Halloween / Storyteller Sophia is available to stream now, for free, through November 2, 2020 on Apple TV+.

“No one is sadder that Halloween this year is going to be different than me because it’s such a time of creativity for kids,” says Jordan Geary, Senior Director of Production and Development at Sesame Workshop. “We all looked at this holiday and said how can we not tell a story around this? When we think about some of our fondest memories as kids, we think about Halloween,”

“There are so many creative ways that you can use your mind to think of new ways to celebrate Halloween,” according to Cody, one of the monsters on the Helpsters team. “We made ghost treats…we used our heads! It feels good to use your head!”

Cody, Scatter, Mr. Primm and Heart are back for this second season of preschool fun. They’ll be joined by special guests Terry Crews, Danny Trejo, Gabby Douglas, Christopher Meloni, Richard Kind, Michael Ian Black, Janeane Garofalo, Michelle Buteau, and Judah Friedlander, with musical guests including Talib Kweli, Matt Berninger, Jason Mraz, K. Flay, Norah Jones, and Ingrid Michaelson. “Anyone can be a Helpster,” says Cody. “You don’t even have to be a monster to be an honorary Helpster!”
