I am all about a no-bake holiday treat, and these Christmas Marshmallow PEEPS S’mores Bars totally fit the bill. They only take a few minutes to make, they’re adorable and they travel well. They’re so easy you can even recruit your littlest kitchen helpers to assist you!
All you need to make your own Christmas Marshmallow PEEPS S’mores Bars are graham cracker squares, chocolate and Marshmallow PEEPS Trees and Snowmen.
Start by melting your chocolate in the microwave. I like to use candy melts for this because they give such a nice coating. Dip in your graham squares and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Top with your favorite holiday Marshmallow PEEPS before the chocolate has a chance to set.
Your Christmas Marshmallow PEEPS S’mores Bars will be ready to enjoy just as soon as the chocolate hardens. You can pop your cookie sheet in the freezer for a few seconds to speed this along if you’re super impatient.
