The weather is finally cooling down and fall is definitely in the air. Although it’s not quite time for scarves and boots-I do live in the south-it’s definitely time to decorate for the season and enjoy some delicious warm drinks. You can celebrate fall with a perfectly easy afternoon of coffee and pumpkin crafts.
When it comes to pumpkins, there are so many ways to decorate. Carve them. Paint them. Foil them. All of them are guaranteed to get you excited for fall!
Mini black and white pumpkins make a great base for some gold transfer foil designs. Provide the foil along with glue dots and double-sided tape for your guests. Add the dots or tape to your pumpkins and press on the foil.
Perfectly glam pumpkins are just minutes away-even for your most craft-challenged friends!
Of course what day of pumpkin crafting would be complete without a few beverages?
Starbucks® Caffé Latte K-Cup® pods make it easy to provide your guests with a delicious custom drink in their favorite Starbucks® flavors. They can choose from Caramel, Mocha, and Vanilla or seasonal flavors Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint Mocha. You can find them all at your favorite grocery store, but seasonal flavors are only available for a limited time!
Starbucks® Caffé Latte K-Cup® pods are made in a simple two step process. Step 1 is to pour the flavor packet into your mug.
Step 2 is to brew the Starbucks® Caffé Latte K-Cup® pods in your Keurig® brewer. Set up a coffee station for your guests with your brewer so they can make their own drinks throughout the afternoon. I grabbed everything I could find that was black, white, gold and glittery for the coffee bar decorations.
All that’s left to do is stir and enjoy! You can also enjoy knowing that Starbucks® Caffé Latte K-Cup® pods are made from milk with no artificial flavors!
Speaking of stirring… White chocolate sugar spoons are a fun addition to your coffee cup. All you’ll need is a special silicone spoon mold. Sprinkle in gold sugar and white chocolate chips, then microwave at half power until the chocolate is fully melted.
And since we’re making decorative pumpkins, why not enjoy some edible pumpkin, too? I made delicious and easy pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls with crescent dough by adding canned pumpkin, butter and cinnamon before baking.
Send your guests home with the easiest party favor ever. Place a flavor packet and coffee pod in a mug, then wrap them up with a plastic gift bag and gold ribbon. And of course everyone goes home with their newly foiled pumpkins, too!
