We’ve all grown up with the beloved character Clifford The Big Red Dog, both in books and the animated television series. Now Clifford steps onto the big screen for the first time in his live-action feature film debut. Darby Camp (Big Little Lies, The Christmas Chronicles) plays Clifford’s best friend Emily Elizabeth, alongside her Uncle Casey played by Jack Whitehall (Bad Education, Jungle Cruise).
I had the chance to talk with Darby and Jack about making the film in New York City and what it was like playing opposite a 10-foot-tall red dog!
Clifford The Big Red Dog enters theaters and Paramount+ on November 10, 2021.

About Clifford The Big Red Dog
When middle-schooler Emily Elizabeth (Darby Camp) meets a magical animal rescuer (John Cleese) who gifts her a little, red puppy, she never anticipated waking up to find a giant ten-foot hound in her small New York City apartment. While her single mom (Sienna Guillory) is away for business, Emily and her fun but impulsive uncle Casey (Jack Whitehall) set out on an adventure that will keep you on the edge-of-your-seat as our heroes take a bite out of the Big Apple. Based on the beloved Scholastic book character, Clifford will teach the world how to love big!
