If there’s one downside to the holidays it’s being so busy. Tomorrow morning I’ll be traveling to visit family and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. That meant today was spent running around completing tons of errands and cooking multiple dishes to bring with me.
Just because I’m glued to the kitchen cooking for tomorrow doesn’t mean that tonight’s dinner doesn’t need to happen, too!
The cranberry sauce is now chilling in the fridge. I still can’t figure out why it’s impossible for me to make a pretty cake pop. (At least they’re yummy-how awesome does a peppermint bark cake pop sound anyway?) And the sweet potatoes are mashed but they sure aren’t going to bake and marshmallow themselves. That means I need to get back to work in the kitchen.Thank goodness for Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches. At least now I won’t be cooking hungry!

Update: Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches are perfect for after Black Friday shopping, too! I had about two minutes before I fell dead asleep, and my sandwiches made sure I didn’t wake up starving!
