Every version of Star Wars has a character that is ready to steal my heart. (Or, at the very least, steal my money when I’m forced to buy all the merch.) Move over porgs, Baby Yoda is in town! The Child from The Mandalorian is just about the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Obviously it needed to find a way onto my Christmas Tree this year!
How To Make A Baby Yoda Ornament
If you want to make your own Baby Yoda ornament, you’ll need:
- An Ornament Blank
- A Pencil
- Craft Paints and Brushes
- A Black Paint Pen
Start by creating a rough sketch of The Child on your ornament blank with your pencil. This doesn’t have to be perfect-it’s just a guide for where your paint should go.
Grab your paints and start brushing them on. You can treat this like a really rustic paint by numbers project.
The magic happens when the paint is dry and you break out the black paint pen. It hides all of your rough paint lines and gives it a comic-like quality. And hey, if you mess up, just wipe it off and start over again.
Once the paint pen is dry, Baby Yoda is ready to hang on your tree!
