Dumbo is one of my favorite Disney characters, so of course, I had to make a Dumbo Christmas ornament for my tree this year!
Dumbo Christmas Ornament
To make your own Dumbo Christmas ornament, you’ll need:
- Ornament Blank
- Craft Foam
- Gray Craft Paint
- Black, Blue and White Paint Pens
- Yellow Felt
- Red Wired Ribbon
- Yellow Ribbon
- Glue Dot Runner
- Hot Glue and Glue Gun
Start by cutting out your ears and trunk from craft foam. Glue them both to your ornament blank. Paint everything gray.
Take your paint pens and draw on the eyes and facial features.
Cut Dumbo’s hat out of yellow craft felt. Fold up the bottom of the felt and use hot glue to attach it all to the top of the ornament.
Use your glue dot runner to add a stripe of yellow ribbon to your red wired ribbon. Gather the ribbon by pushing the ribbon along the top wire. Hot glue the ribbon ruffle to the bottom of your ornament.
Add a piece of ribbon to the top of your ornament and Dumbo is ready to hang on the tree!
