I’m going to hazard a guess that you’re well aware we’re in full-on-pumpkin-everything-season. If you did not know that? Boy, that was a really long nap you had there. I’m glad you’re finally awake! Here, have a pumpkin-laced latte while I tell you about how you can now enjoy a pumpkin pie in just a few minutes.

But not just any pumpkin pie. A pumpkin chocolate chip pie. One that’s easy as…well…pie.Crusts and Yogurt

What do you need for this oh-so-delicious little treat? Oikos® Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt, Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust, Reddi-wip®, and mini chocolate chips. Technically regular chocolate chips will do, but mini really fits the scale of what we’re going for here. I’m all about commitment to the theme.

So here’s where things get tricky…pay close attention:

Nah…just kidding. It’s four ingredients. Even your toddler could make these. Spoon the Oikos® Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt into the Keebler® Ready Crust®, stir in some chocolate chips and top with the Reddi-wip®.

Come on, that was so easy it practically made itself. And adding chocolate? Chocolate makes everything better. That’s a scientific factPumpkin Chocolate Chip

Of course leaving well enough alone is not in my wheelhouse. I had to do a little something extra, so I made some pie bling with my silicone pumpkin mold and some orange candy melts.

Make delicious mini pumpkin chocolate chip pies that are easy as...well...pie! Melt the candy in a microwave-safe bowl at half power for 30-second intervals until smooth. Spoon the melted candy into the mold and place it in the freezer for about one minute.
