How to make English Muffin White Pizzas
If you’re looking for a recipe that has exact measurements, this is not your recipe. My English Muffin White Pizzas are done “to taste” style.
English Muffin White Pizza Ingredients
- Bays English Muffins
- Olive Oil
- Ricotta Cheese
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Minced Garlic
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Fesh Basil
Drizzle your English Muffin halves with olive oil. Top each half with shredded mozzarella cheese. Combine ricotta, garlic and pepper flakes to taste in a bowl and add a dollop of the ricotta mixture to each muffin. Top with fresh basil. Bake at 350 degrees until the tops are lightly toasted.
You can have white pizza for one-or one hundred-in just a few minutes!
