I love white pizza, but it’s one of those things I rarely get to enjoy. That’s mostly because I’m never with anyone who wants to order a white pizza. (It’s totally OK. I’m pretty happy with your go-to pepperoni pizza, too.) When I am seriously craving a white pizza, though, I can have one in minutes. The secret? English Muffins, of course!
Start with Bays English Muffins. (If you visit their site, they have some amazing English Muffin Pizza recipes for you to check out.) You can find Bays English Muffins in Original, Honey Wheat, Sourdough and Multi-Grain varieties, but Original is your best choice for this pizza.
