Garlic and Herb Pork Crostini
Ingredients
  • Smithfield® Marinated Roasted Garlic & Herb Pork Tenderloin
  • Baguette
  • Prepared Pesto
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Shredded Parmesan
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Roast pork on rack for approximately 30 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 150 degrees.
  3. Cut baguette into thick slices and lightly toast.
  4. Pour balsamic vinegar into sauce pan and heat until boiling. Remove from heat.
  5. Spread baguette with pesto.
  6. Add a slice of roasted pork.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
  8. Top with shredded parmesan.
