I don’t do the whole resolutions thing. I set goals. (Goals are totally different from resolutions…) One of my goals is to meet the daily goal on my FitBit on a regular basis. (So far I’m failing miserably.) I’ve been busy. I’ve been sick. I’ve been unmotivated. But that’s all going to change thanks to my new, super motivating workout playlist!
Did you know that studies have shown that music can increase the intensity and duration of a workout by as much as 15%? And when it comes to working out at home I‘m all set. I can use one of my speakers and jam out. When we’re talking about the great outdoors, well…it’s a different story. For a long time I’ve sworn that there was something wrong with my ears. I have never been able to find a set of earbuds that I could actually use. They hurt. They fall out. It’s miserable.
Enter yurbuds. yurbuds was founded in 2008 by an Ironman Triathlete and a 24-time marathoner. They’re ergonomically designed for comfort and fit, with best-in-class audio quality and durability. The earphones are Bluetooth® enabled, which means no cord. They‘re also sweat and water resistant and feature full track and call control with a wind-blocking microphone. Battery life is up to six hours and there’s an indicator to let you know when it’s running low. (So one charge should have you set for a week of workouts!) Find Best Buy’s large selection of yurubds here. There’s also a ton of other gear for health & fitness at Best Buy. (Time to go shopping, right?)
