I’m a huge fan of messy art. The messier the better! Glow In The Dark Puffy Paint is a fun way to make a mess and work a little science lesson into the mix. Also, glow in the dark anything is cool!
Supplies For Glow In The Dark Puffy Paint
To make a batch of Glow In The Dark Puffy Paint, all you’ll need is shaving cream and glow in the dark glue. You can easily find both on your next Target run. You can use brushes or plastic squeeze bottles when it’s time to play with the puffy paint.
How To Make Puffy Paint
It’s easy to make Glow In The Dark Puffy Paint. Just mix equal parts of glue and shaving cream in a bowl. The measurements don’t have to be exact for this to work. Just a rough estimate of equal parts by eye is good enough.
Don’t try to mix the glue and shaving cream directly in the bottles. I thought that might work and was proven very, very wrong. I expected messy play. I didn’t expect things to be that messy. Luckily all® free clear can take care of the mess I made wiping everything off on my shirt. It’s the #1 recommended detergent by Dermatologists, Allergists, and Pediatricians for sensitive skin like mine. It’s also 100% free of perfumes and dyes. My best friend is highly sensitive to fragrances, so that’s important to me, too! That means we can have more fun making a mess and I can worry less about harsh, irritating ingredients in my laundry detergent.
Squeeze your puffy paint onto wax paper and create all of the designs your heart can imagine. Then turn off the lights and watch them glow! Then work in an educational lesson on how phosphors work…
You can find all® free clear detergent and all® free clear Mighty Pacs® in the laundry aisle at Target!
