I’ve been trying all year long to make healthier choices. (I like saying all year because it makes it sound like forever and not just a month…) Where I fail, if I’m going to fail, is when I don’t have quick and healthy options available. Especially when time is important. So many of the healthy things I love to eat require cooking. Cooking takes time. Time I sometimes don’t have.
Pair the salad with Lean Cuisine’s Chicken Parmesan and it’s like you’re having dinner out. Except you’re at home. And you can eat in your pajamas. And you don’t have to tip. That’s a winning idea right there.
At only 300 calories for the chicken parm and the salad at only…well..lettuce doesn’t have calories, right? That’s practically a freebie. That means you can totally have dessert.
