Make a small pile of confetti on the left side of the card.

Cut a piece of tissue paper large enough to cover the confetti. Run the repositionable glue runner around the outer edge of the tissue paper. Place the tissue paper over the confetti and press down around the edges.

Run multiple lines of the glue runner on the right side of the card. Press the card together firmly. It’s important to use repositionable glue for this to make sure you have just the right amount of stickiness to rip the tissue paper without ripping the card. You can also poke a few very small holes in the tissue paper before pressing the card together to make sure it’s the tissue paper that rips open and not the card.

It works for Easter cards, too!

Don’t worry-the tissue paper will peel right off if you’re sending this to someone who keeps all of their greeting cards.
