There’s nothing better after you’ve been traveling than coming home and staying there for as long as you possibly can. That’s why I’m planning for a movie night in. Date night? Girls night? Totally up to you. Just grab the perfect DVD, make some yummy snacks and get cozy!
I made some really delicious English Toffee Popcorn to go along with my movie night-it’s perfect because it’s so darn easy. Pop up some Orville Redenbacher’s Movie Theater Butter Microwave Popcorn. Spread out the popcorn on a lined cookie sheet, being careful to remove any uncooked kernels. Drizzle with your favorite melted chocolate and sprinkle with toffee chips. (You can find toffee chips in the baking aisle.) Pop it in the freezer for a few minutes to harden.
Then just break it up and serve! How’s that for easy?
