With the holidays just around the corner, you might be thinking about what desserts you should put on the menu. While I’m not opposed to baking from scratch, sometimes you need an easy recipe that you can make without all the fuss. (And one you don’t have to worry about burning!) I’ve had my classic no-bake cheesecake recipe in my kitchen arsenal for a while now, but I just knew that Torani Cookies & Cream Sauce could make it extra special. No-bake cookies and cream cheesecake? How could you not love that?
How To Make No-Bake Cookies and Cream Cheesecake
- Chocolate Cookie Crust
- 1 8oz Block of Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
- 1 8oz Container of Whipped Topping
- 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
- Torani Cookies & Cream Sauce
- Beat cream cheese together with the sugar until fully combined.
- Stir in whipped topping.
- Spread mixture onto chocolate cookie crust.
- Drizzle on Torani Cookies & Cream Sauce and swirl into the cheesecake mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Garnish with Torani Cookies & Cream Sauce and cookie crumbs.
You can make a homemade cookie crust or purchase one in the store-whichever you prefer. If you decide to make your cheesecake in a springform pan, double the cheesecake mixture recipe.
When you swirl in the Cookies & Cream Sauce, add as little or as much as you want. There’s no wrong amount. Don’t forget to drizzle on more when you’re ready to serve!
You can find Torani Cookies & Cream Sauce at your local Walmart. Look for it in the cocoa aisle. It’s not just for kicking up your favorite dessert recipes. You can add a spoonful to your coffees, lattes and hot cocoa, too!
If you need to prepare this ahead of time for a holiday party, you can totally stick this cheesecake in the freezer before you hit the road. It freezes up beautifully!
