No-Bake Easter Bunny SNICKERS Cheesecakes

But…bunnies…so many bunnies. Please anticipate a month of me bunny-ing all the things. Including your snacks. Hope you’re OK with that. We’re starting with no-bake Easter Bunny SNICKERS® Cheesecakes. Bunnies plus SNICKERS® plus Cheesecake equals heaven. Trust me.SNICKERS Peanut ButterThe hardest part is picking out which SNICKERS® to use. Any will work for this. Today I’m using  SNICKERS® Peanut Butter. The peanuts and peanut butter together gives this a protein packed punch which means you can fight the hungries with just one bunny. That also means there’s plenty left over to share with your friends!Cookie Crumb CrustChances are you have a favorite cookie crumb crust recipe. If you do, use it! If you don’t, the basic 24 chocolate sandwich cookies to 4 tablespoons of butter will work here. Bunny Mold Cookie CrustJust crumble everything up well, mix and then press in your bunny mold. If you have another springtime mold you want to use, go for it. Just know that the bunnies are totally the cutest. Cheesecake Mixture
No-Bake Easter Bunny Snickers Cheesecakes
Ingredients
  • 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 8 oz tub whipped topping
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 SNICKERS Peanut Butter 4 To Go
Instructions
  1. Mix softened cream cheese with sugar.
  2. Add whipped topping and mix well.
  3. Chop SNICKERS and add to cream cheese mixture.
  4. Process chocolate cookies until they are in crumbs.
  5. Add melted butter.
  6. Press into bunny mold.
  7. Spoon in cream cheese mixture.
  8. Freeze until firm.

The cheesecake filling it crazy easy. One thing of cream cheese, a little sugar and some whipped cream? Throw in your SNICKERS®? The hardest part is stopping yourself from eating it by the spoonful. Cheesecake Bunnies In Frezer

Don’t be afraid to just throw that mixture in a few big spoonfuls on top of your mold. Then use use a scrapper or spatula to work it into the bunny shapes. Once you’re done just pop it in the freezer for a few hours. Make easy and fun No-Bake Easter Bunny SNICKERS Cheesecakes

The secret to a perfect bunny is making sure your cookie crumbs are firmly packed in the bottom of the mold. Once you’re ready to eat, just pop them out of the mold and enjoy. One is more than enough to take care of those hunger pains. Although I promise not to judge if you grab two!
