This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Milo’s Tea Company, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #PassTheMilos http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV
I’m kind of freaking out at how quickly the holidays have snuck up on me this year. Thanksgiving is just days away and Christmas is right around the corner. There’s so much to do. So many things to get ready. Luckily my lemon mint iced tea can be ready in just one minute! It’s a great way to serve something special without worrying about prepping ahead.
All you need is Milo’s Sweet Tea along with a lemon, a sprig of mint and a muddler. (I ordered my muddler online-they’re super inexpensive.) Milo’s fresh brewed, all natural sweet tea is perfect for your holiday meals and get-togethers.
If you do want to go that extra mile and make lemon mint ice cubes, they’re super easy to make as well. Add lemon slices and mint leaves to a regular ice tray.
Pour on the Milo’s Tea and freeze. Milo’s Unsweetened or No Calorie tea is a good choice for making your own ice cubes since they’ll freeze more solidly than the sweetened version.
Lemon mint tea ice cubes are an optional but fun way to make any drink special.
While the ice cubes will help keep your drink cool without watering it down, to get that lemon mint flavor from the start you’ll need to muddle. Place a few lemon slices and a few mint leaves in the bottom of your tea glass and give everything a good smash.
Add your ice cubes and pour on the Milo’s Sweet Tea!
Milo’s is a family owned company with a simple philosophy: use high quality, fresh, natural ingredients, listen to your customers and never sacrifice taste.
Milo’s Tea is available in sweetened with pure cane sugar, no calorie and unsweet options, as well as lemonade, and a tea and lemonade mix. I found Milo’s at my local Kroger in the refrigerated juice and dairy section, but they are available at lots of retailers. Find a store near you by using the store locator.
