Start by picking your favorite heart. Got it? Now you just need to decide: glue or drill?
If you want to drill, all you need to do is drill a hole and add your chain. If you want a more traditional pendant, add a glue on bail and some jewelry glue to the mix. 
Just add a little glue to the back of the bail and a little glue to the back of the heart. Wait a minute and then stick them together. Give everything a day to cure.
