Sometimes something I make is so easy I feel guilty calling it a recipe. Almost. These chocolate chip snickerdoodles are too good, though, not to share!
Start with refrigerated cookie dough. I used Nestle Toll House Mini Chocolate Chip cookies. Add 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon to a gallon sized plastic bag. Break apart the cookies, roll them into a ball and shake in the bag to coat them with the cinnamon sugar mix. Bake according to package directions.
Yep. That’s it. Less than 10 minutes and you’re enjoying almost homemade chocolate chip snickerdoodles! Easy, right?
