One of the problems that comes with working from home is forgetting to eat until it’s well past lunch or dinner time. Then you end up rushing to get something ready that won’t take more than a few minutes because that’s all the time you have. Luckily I have a few tricks up my sleeves, including my super easy shrimp sauce recipe.
How To Make Shrimp Sauce
Shrimp sauce, white sauce, yum yum sauce…whatever you call it, I’m obsessed every time I’m at a hibachi restaurant. I finally mastered making it at home and I’ve realized it goes well on pretty much everything.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
- Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve.
