Mixing marshamallow fluff and cream cheese is kinda sorta already known as a fruit dip. But add in a little chocolate and graham crackers? Then you have something amazing happening. S’more fruit dip is about to be your new favorite recipe.
I’m calling it a fruit dip because it could go on pretty much any fruit…and lots of other things, too, for that mater. I am going to go out on a limb and say it’s best on strawberries, though. I already said it was going to be your new favorite recipe. I might as well continue making bold statements, right?
- 1 Cup Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Marshmallow Fluff
- Hot Fudge Sauce
- Graham Cracker Crumbs
- Mix softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff together.
- Pour hot fudge sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Pretty simple, right?
I do have a few tips for you. Whipped cream cheese will work best when it comes to mixing, but a regular block will work in a pinch. I didn’t have graham crackers on hand, but crumbled Teddy Grahams got the job done. That hot fudge sauce? Just the same thing you pick up in a jar on the ice cream aisle. And that, my friends, is it! So simple, but oh so good.
Grab some strawberries and get to dipping. This is one of those recipes where it’s easy to make a little or a lot. Made a small batch for a single snack or a big batch for a party. Just remember the basic ratio of one part cream cheese to one part marshmallow fluff.
Want one last tip? Store those strawberries and more in Rubbermaid’s FreshWorks Produce Savers. They keep your produce fresh up to 80% longer* with their FreshVentTM technology. I headed out of town with a pint of strawberries in the fridge, sure that they’d be ready for the trash when I came home six days later. They were just as good when I got home as they were before I left!
Don’t take my word for it, though…try it for yourself. One of you is going to win a set of FreshWorks Produce Savers! Your strawberries are going to thank you.
