I hate to keep going on and on about my Silhouette, but it really is becoming my favorite crafting accessory. Or gadget. I guess it’s more of a crafting gadget, right? It just makes life so much easier! I’ve made pillow boxes before. By hand. It’s tedious and if you don’t cut just so they won’t work.
But the Silhouette store has the cut for pillow boxes. Just size it as big or as small as you need it.
Just cut the card stock of your choice with your Silhouette. Fold along the perforated edges. Use a permanent glue dot runner to apply glue to the outside on the tab and the inside edge where the tab will meet. Press each side together to secure the seam. 
Fold in one end of the box, insert your gift, then fold in the other end. It will take you more time to decide which paper to use than it will to make the box!
