Ready to make some Unlimited Squirrels Clothespin Puppets? Start by downloading the Unlimited Squirrels printable. Print out your squirrels on white cardstock if you want to color them in yourself. Print them out on colored cardstock if you want to skip straight to the next step.
Cut out your printed squirrels around the outer edge, then cut a straight line right through the mouth of each squirrel.
Glue both pieces to the front of a wooden clothespin, making sure each piece lines up properly. Any glue will work for this, but a glue dot runner is a great choice since it will adhere instantly and keeps the project totally kid-friendly.
The printables make it easy to create as many puppets as you like. Don’t forget to cut out the acorns and baby teeth included on the printable for extra fun!
Squeeze the ends on the clothespins to make the puppets talk.
Then get ready for unlimited fun with your Unlimited Squirrels Clothespin Puppets!
