It might be the worst part of being sick. (Well, other than the whole being sick thing…) You need cough syrup. Or flu medicine. Or whatever it is that’s going to make you feel better…except you really don’t feel like getting dressed and wandering through the aisles of the drug store to find what you need. Enter CVS Curbside Pickup.
Visit the CVS app on your smartphone to give it a try. The first step is telling the app which store you’ll be visiting. The service is currently available in Charlotte, Atlanta and San Francisco-with plans to expand soon!
You can also start your order on the CVS website, but you’ll need the app for when you’re actually at CVS to pickup your order.
You’ll be able to select exactly what you want from a huge selection of items, and a member of the CVS team will have it ready for you when you pull up to the store.
Location services let the CVS team know when you’ve arrived and they’ll meet you with your order in specially marked Curbside Pickup parking spots.
So fill your shopping basket with whatever you need. Health and beauty items, over the counter medicines…
You can even pick up my favorite “I’m sick” treat, crackers and juice. What can I say? When I’m sick, my tastes aren’t very exciting…
The app will give you an estimated time for Curbside Pickup as you fill your basket. Once your order is placed, you’ll be updated when it’s ready to go.
