I’ve been pretty vocal about my love for all things Samsung. Late last year when I moved over to the Sprint Student Plan I decided to give iOS a try. After being Droid loyal for years, it was a big switch. And I still miss my S 3. And Swype. It’s really is the little things…
The Samsung Galaxy S 4 mini has a ton of the same features you can find in the standard S 4. It’s just there in a smaller size. (If I had one complaint about my S 3 it was the size. I mean, I loved the large display, but it was a big phone and there were many places and pockets where it just didn’t fit. You can see below that the size is similar to the iPhone.) The S 4 mini runs on Android™ 4.2.2, Jelly Bean and rocks a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED™ HD display, 1.7GHz dual-core processor, 16GB memory and 1,900mAh lithium-ion battery. There’s an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera. (And yes, I totally checked out the camera first…you’ll be pleased!) Plus it’s Samsung. That means you get all of their goodies like S-Beam and the Samsung Hub.
If you’ve always wanted a Galaxy S 4, but weren’t sure you wanted a phone that size, then this is the phone for you. I promise, it’s not too small. I was using it tonight to watch a few movies while I was getting my DIY on. (That’s a post for tomorrow.) And it’s the perfect phone to use on the Sprint Framily Plan. You get to decide who’s a part of your family. Invite your friends. Invite your coworkers. And sure…invite the family, too.
Framily = Friends + Family
You can add up to 10 phone lines to your Family plan and watch the savings grow! Your bill can go as low as $25 a month per line for unlimited talk, text and 1 GB of data. Because each account can be billed separately, you can choose who to add to your group with no worries about unpleasant surprises at the end of the month. And that 1 GB of data? That’s yours…you don’t even have to share it. (And unlimited data is totally possible, there’s just a small extra charge.)
So remember in the title of this post when I asked if you wanted my S 4 mini? That wasn’t rhetorical. Because one of you is going to win it. The very phone that I’ve been loveingly trying out these last few weeks. And even though I’m sad to see it go, I know whoever get it is gonna love it. (And I promise it’s in mint condition!)
