After much waiting and anticipation I finally found the White Chocolate Candy Corn M&Ms at my Walmart. I bought two bags and I knew right away what I wanted to do with them-make a cake!
Making a white chocolate candy corn cake is as easy as 1, 2, 3…
I threw the M&Ms in a blender, pulsed them into a fine mix, then added it to my cake batter. Easy as pie. (Actually, easier…I’m really not that good at making pies.) I used a box mix, but you can certainly use your favorite recipe.
Cupcakes are my area of expertise. I should really stick to what I know, but I was determined to make a layer cake this time. One word of advice: line your cake pans with parchment paper. The candy makes things extra sticky and the parchment paper will make getting your cake layers out much easier.
I decided to make a spooky tree on my cake. Decorating layer cakes is really not my thing. But I tried.
