There’s always time for a sweet cookie ornament, right? This time it’s a Wreck-It Ralph “You’re My Hero” cookie. Channel your inner Vanellope von Schweetz for this Disney DIY and you’ll be decorating your tree with it in no time!
Start with a heart-shaped ornament blank. This one is paper mache, but any material will do.
Give your heart a coat of cookie-colored paint. Then build up your icing base using spackle.
Paint on a coat of light blue, making sure you leave a border of white. Use a detail brush to write “you’re my hero” in white paint.
Finish off your cookie with sprinkles. I used sugar pearls, so to get them to lie flat, I cut them in half with a pair of scissors.
Glue your sprinkles into place, then finish with a coat of sealer. Once it’s dry, your DIY Wreck-It Ralph ornament is ready to hang on your tree!
